The full committee of the Fatikchhari North Upazila Press Club has been formed.
At a meeting held on September 13 under the chairmanship of the Press Club’s founding convener, Nurul Islam Ripon, a 21-member committee was announced unanimously.
The committee appointed veteran journalist and founding convener of the Press Club, Nurul Islam Ripon, as President, while journalist Nazirul Islam was appointed as General Secretary.
The other office-bearers of the committee are Mujib Ullah Tushar, Senior Vice-President; Sumon Kumar Dey and Muhammad Fazlul Karim, Vice-Presidents; M.A. Malek, Joint General Secretary; Osman Gani, Organizing Secretary; Muhammad Minhaj Uddin Siddiqui, Finance Secretary; Muhammad Farid Uddin, Office Secretary; and Hakim Emran Bin Jalal, Social Welfare Secretary.
In addition, Abul Mansur, Muhammad Nizam Uddin, Shyamol Nandi, Yasin, Jamal, Rahim Chowdhury Rana, Tarek Hossain, Taher Uddin Amiri, Muhammad Rasel, Zainal Abedin, Raihan, and Muhammad Emran have been included as Executive Members.
The newly formed committee leaders expressed their commitment to strengthening professional unity and mutual cooperation among journalists in Fatikchhari North Upazila and promoting objective journalism.
