
Zawad Hossain, the worthy son of Barrister Monwar Hossain, has recently passed the Bar examinations in England. As a member of the prestigious Lincoln’s Inn, Zawad completed his Bar Course at the University of Law in London. Earlier, he graduated with merit with an LLB (Hons) degree in Law from the University of Essex. He subsequently completed his Master of Laws (LLM) from the world-renowned University of Warwick. Currently, he is associated with his father’s legal chamber, “MH Barristers,” in London. Zawad is the grandson of the late Dr. Nurul Huda, a renowned physician of Chattogram, and Mr. Mir Ansar Ahmed of Bataly Road, Enayet Bazar—former Scientific Officer at Imperial College London. His sister, Tasfia Tahsin, is an accomplished solicitor currently working at one of the leading and largest law firms in England. Continuing a distinguished family tradition in medicine, science, and now law, the family has set a remarkable example of excellence across multiple professions. Zawad Hossain is also a creative young individual—a music composer and skilled drummer. In addition, he is proficient in football and cricket. Although born and raised in England, he has regularly visited Bangladesh since childhood, spending meaningful time with people from all walks of life and with relatives. He has written informative articles in various publications about his beloved Bangladesh and Chattogram, proudly expressing his deep connection to his roots.
